Referees:

The Tournament head ref is Paul Haycock and he has ultimate decision over all rulings. All referees are qualified and will be allocated by Paul for each match.
We ask all team managers/coaches to ensure that respect is given to all match officials regardless of the outcome of your fixture. We will not tolerate in any way disrespect given to match referees and disciplinary action will be taken against teams or individuals that disrespect the festival officials.


Inclement Weather:

In the event of inclement weather, the Tournament Committee will have the authority to change games as follows:
Relocate or reschedule any game(s). Change the duration of any game(s). Cancel any preliminary game(s) that have no bearing on the selection of group winners. Preliminary game(s) terminated (after one half of play has expired) because of weather shall be considered official as of the time of termination. Cancel the Tournament in whole or in part.


General Rules:

Under no circumstances whatsoever, will the Tournament Committee be
responsible for any expenses (including tournament entry fee) incurred by any team. This includes a situation where the tournament or any game(s) is cancelled in whole or part. The tournament committee’s interpretation of these rules shall be final.
The Tournament committee reserves the right to decide on all matters pertaining to this tournament. The Tournament Committee, based on these rules, will determine the teams to advance into the final rounds.
